About The Position

LeadingIT is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing our Service Delivery department. This role will ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered to multiple clients. This position reports to our Director of Operations.


  • Lead/ Manage/ Hold accountable- the whole service delivery team.
  • Customer Service Ambassador - Responsible for timely follow up for all CSAT/NPS Responses to maintain our CSAT Scores.
  • Technical Onboarding Coordinator -Responsible for client facing coordination of all other technical teams for onboarding/upsells/project work.  

What we need from you (system requirements):

  • 3+ years of MSP experience
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Passionate (and patient) about problem solving and customer service.

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:

  • Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $75,000-$90,000
  • We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $4,500 to $14,000/year
  • We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Company provided gear laptop as well as company clothing.
