Management cares about their employees and clients equally. If one of us does the wrong thing and a client is unhappy we fix it. If a client is being unnecessarily rude, they get spoken to about it. In simpler terms, I love that Stephen and everyone else cares. I hear a lot of horror stories about other companies only caring about numbers, overworking their employees, and not giving recognition. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of humanity and a pat on the back, but LIT goes beyond that. Definitely feels like a family but there are still expectations to perform so there’s no “dead weight” hanging around just because they’ve been with the company for a while. Like Stephen says, do your job. There’s a lot of accountability and that is how things should be.
