Dave Broz is the owner and founder of Railside Citrus Insurance Agency, a boutique independent insurance agency with offices in Naperville and Elburn. An insurance agent since 2003, one of Dave’s areas of expertise is insuring Fire Protection Districts and public entities. He understands that this is a vital service he provides to his clients and strives to understand and meet the unique needs of each emergency response organizations he serves. Dave is active on the board of the 100 Club of Kane County, of which he is one of the founding board members. He also sits on the board of the DuPage County Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Dale Schwer comes from a family of firefighters, including a father who worked in Warrenville as a volunteer firefighter, and for 15 years has been helping fire agencies protect their IT infrastructure and data. He is the vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) for LeadingIT, ranked as a top 250 Managed Security and Services Provider in the world. Holding a CISSP certification and a degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, he has spent over 25 years working in the technology field helping guide technology strategies and is one of the best-selling authors of Tech Up or Lose Out: How to leverage technology as a competitive advantage.

James R. Farrell Jr. is the Chief Information Officer of the Village of Bolingbrook (76,000 residents). He has a Master of Science in Information Security, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management, Cybersecurity Strategies for Executives Certification from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also the President of GMIS (Government Management Information Sciences) of Illinois with 115 cities in Illinois as members.
