They usually respond within the hour (sooner for emergencies) for any requests for assistance and have gone out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with the end result of projects we’ve given them. They helped us out with numerous projects (new email implementation, new server, firewall and filtering system, new phone system and many more). A lot of those services were covered by our monthly fee, which are affordable. They helped us improve our overall technology infrastructure.
